We have started with the micro biome in the soil, and worked our way up from there, to boost and diversify our ecosystem, creating an evolving habitat with strong wildlife populations. From ridges, valleys and rocky outcrops to Indian Creek itself and our added food and water sources, we offer a truly optimal environment that is also carefully managed to ensure and preserve our low-pressure, longevity oriented business model.

THE HIGHEST STANDARDS
Safety, comfort and ease of shot acquisition are integral parts of a successful hunt. We have spared no expense on our stands and blinds to give our clients all the tools necessary for long days in total comfort. We have several Redneck and constructed blinds set across the property, and we use only ladder stands equipped with Hunter Safety Systems for security and function in one. Our stands are set between 22 and 25 feet high, getting our hunters up into the thermals range and carrying off scent. We are also happy to make special set placements in order to accommodate our clients’ needs.
Professionalism spliced with personal comfort was our goal during the renovation of our lodge. We’ve honed our skill sets throughout the years and brought them together to create this business and this opportunity for our clients to follow their ancestral desires to pursue and harvest natural resources at the source. Each room is tailored to the specific needs of our hunters and is equipped with a heating and air system for individualized comfort, boot dryer and ozone scent-controlled locker for gear storage. The array of Wild Life Research scent eliminating products that we use on all of our sheets and towels are also available for personal use as well as our on-site washer and dryer. Our lodge is also furnished with free WiFi, a theater, and a weight area.
For as long as there has been the prospect of the hunt, there has also been the tradition of the feast. Let us share our passion for table fare with you! We can tailor the menu to your specific tastes, or you can let us guide your culinary experience. We have a classically trained chef who has developed his preference for wild game meat while adding a flair of creativity that will leave a lasting impression. Either way, we show as much attention to detail with our food as we do with our wildlife, which provides much of it.

Our local butcher shop is renowned in these parts for their incredible smoked meats and prime cuts and cited for their professionalism and cleanliness.
If meat is on the menu, it probably came from Hatfield’s.

I went on a half day fishing trip at Indian Creek Outfitters in Goodman, MO in early August of 2019. My personal guide, Andy Whitehead, was one of the best guides I’ve ever had on a fishing trip. We waded up the creek with Andy showing me how to fish for small mouth bass, and what baits and rigs worked the best for the season and water conditions. Within a couple of minutes of getting my line wet that I caught the first fish of the afternoon. Andy guided me up the creek and instructed me on best ways to present my lure in each section of the creek. I’ve been on many guided fishing trips but have never had a guide who showed as much passion about making sure I caught something in every hole we hit. Between the 2 of us we caught over 40 fish in only a couple of hours. After having a much needed relaxing day of fishing, Andy and I headed back to the Lodge where on our way up from the Creek we saw over half a dozen deer along with a few big bucks with in bow range of stands that are set up. We returned to the Lodge where Andy fixed me an amazing dinner and we talked about the fishing and other activities that Indian Creek Outfitters offers. That night I was talking with my dad and my brother about the fishing trip and the deer we had seen, and the next day all 3 of us booked Deer hunts with Indian Creek Outfitters. I will definitely be booking more trips to Indian Creek Outfitters. Thank you Andy for such a great experience!!! Can’t wait to see you in November for a BIG DEER!!!
I had a chance to take a guided fishing trip at Indian Creek Outfitters today(8-11) & had a great experience. The guide (Andy) was full of knowledge and was extremely helpful during this trip. Had a blast setting hooks all day! Will definitely do this again! Fun & enjoyable. Awesome area that has so much to offer, can’t wait to try out more! Best day ever! Great guide service! Andy really knows the creek and all its honey holes! Walking the creek and catching fish right and left, we caught over 85 fish and I had the time of my life. Perfect weather, the beauty of the creek, and stillness was more than I could have asked for. Besides the actual fishing fun, I learned lots of tidbits about nature and fishing overall. Andy is very knowledgeable and willing to share that knowledge. WELL WORTH THE VISIT!!!!!
Andy Whitehead runs a top notch hunting experience here at Indian Creek, located in the heart of the Missouri Ozarks. His goal is to harvest mature trophy whitetail. You can hunt from tree stands or the comfort of a redneck tower blind. I saw a number of deer every day, just not the one I was looking for. Accommodations are excellent, with heat and air in each room. He also supplies an ozone locker to descent your cloths and gear every night. Andy is also a chef, so you will eat like no other camp you have been to. It's a great experience. I highly recommend giving Andy a call. Missouri deer tags are one of the best deals in the country and can be bought over the counter.
I had a great experience at Indian Creek Outfitters! We had snow and extreme cold while I was there during rifle season, so the Redneck blinds made hunting enjoyable despite the conditions. I saw lots of wildlife while waiting for a mature buck to show up. The property is well thought out with strategic food plots and stand locations. I have no doubt this place will only continue to improve with the management plan they have in place. Accommodations were very comfortable and they have all the details covered when it comes to scent control and doing everything possible to make your hunt successful. The cooking is absolutely some of the best you will find anywhere. Andy’s background as a professional chef is clearly evident. Their meals are far better than any outfitter I have hunted with and it’s not close. If you are looking for a quality hunt with great people and incredible food, this is the place to go!
